| Working principle |
| Controlled by computer, using YAG lamp-pumped solid laser device as light-resource, planar fast-speed scan lens vibrates its light beam according to pre-setting angle. Laser focus on the surface of work-piece through F-Olens to realize marking & processing treatment. |

| Working principle |
Controlled by computer, using YAG lamp-pumped solid laser device as light-source, the focusing-needle moves by pre-setting direction driven by digital-controlled planar system. Laser marks on the surface of work-piece to realize marking & processing treatment.
Model PEDB-200 laser marking machine could collocate with other digital-controlled revolving needle to realize marking on column-shaped work-piece by its circle direction. |

PEDB-300 Diode-pumped Laser Marking |

| Working principle |
The technology of “diode-pumped” is an advanced technology in currently domestic market. The light-converting efficiency for traditional “lamp-pumped” is only 3%-5%, with big heat exhaust & needs huge cooling system.
By adopting the technology of “diode-pumped”, now the light-converting efficiency could reach 40%. Moreover, user can avoid matching it with huge cooling system, so the system is with small dimension.
It’s Maintaining-free and no need to change consuming materials, so with low using cost.
The light pattern of diode-pumped laser machine is better than traditional lamp-pumped ones. It can make out better technical effect that traditionally lamp pump laser machine can’t reach. The diode-pumped laser marking machine we own-developed is the smallest one currently in domestic market & with stable performances. It’s free-maintenance for 20000 hours. |
